- Once your order is placed, it will be prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends & holidays observed in Türkiye.
- Once your order and payment details are verified, we will prepare your items for dispatch.
DELIVERY TIMES
- Delivery times are calculated from the day your order is confirmed by Marfa.
- While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If significant delays are expected, we will notify you promptly via email or telephone.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
- Marfa is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

- Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items until your claim is resolved.
